Once they were informed of all the issues that bothered the entire NJ staff, no action was taken, a clear sign of no care for their employees well being and feelings. Other management employees around the world clearly wanted nothing to do with the NJ office and turned the other way every time a serious problem arisen. Constant harassment and profanity was a usual behavior form the office manager. Incompetence was the manager's best skill, asking employees to perform their job and for ideas to ultimately take all of the credit.

Company was full of favoritism and discrimination. All valid issues that were communicated were quickly ignored. Management was very poor and complacent at best. Unfortunately, I also learned what I don't want from my employer and how poor and lazy management can affect your work performance and morale.
I've learned a great deal about the I-gaming industry, markets, games, clients, providers and the rules that we were governed by. Usually after this I would examine accounts that were deemed "suspicious" by our fraud analyzing software or accounts sent to us by our clients. Immediately after all of the approvals I would verify new accounts that failed KYC. After that I would verify and approve withdrawals since I was a Risk Analyst. A typical day at the office with be me coming in and checking my emails first.
